1. Moisture-wicking shirts to keep you dry

People used to wear cotton shirts for daily workouts. Cotton is fine, but it wicks sweat. You can imagine 5 undershirts in the bin for a week, smelling like laundry day. After a few

puffs, start riding in a shirt made of moisture-wicking material.A shirt made of the right fabric will not leave any bad smell. In fact, you don’t even have to dry them after washing.

Hang them up or put them on right away.

You also notice that the sweatshirt fits better too. Since they are designed with a more active crowd in mind, there is a little less room in the belly and waist compared to other

regular shirts.

As for the confidence boost, I’d say the shirt is the biggest factor in my showing off my muscles in the gym. What’s the point of doing those luscious bicep curls if your arms are

tucked away in baggy, baggy sleeves?

People like the sleeves to be slimmer so they accentuate your arms more than standard shirts. Even if you don’t have a massive gun, you’ll get a little unreal thrill.

2. Performance shorts that let your body breathe

In the gym, performance shorts can be a big help. This became clear when I had to interrupt my jump rope workout six times to pull up my basketball shorts.

As with moisture-wicking shirts, it’s a good idea to wear breathable, lightweight fabrics on your legs. Especially if you have ass sweat. This might be TMI for all of you readers, but I

get sweaty (when I work out, not any other time). I had to wear dark shorts so no one could see the sweat underneath.

3.Compression shorts to prevent chafing

Tight shorts – they are shorts under shorts! Like compression socks, a pair of these will get your blood flowing through your legs, helping with recovery.

Runners, cyclists, and weightlifters have all reported increased strength when they train in tight shorts. This means they feel like they are moving more weight with less effort. The

perceived ability to do more actually translates into better performance.

Tight shorts are a must if you’re into contact sports like boxing or martial arts. They’ll help you secure the cup so you don’t have to worry about any accidental cheap shots.
